I slept very badly. My body responded badly to too much sugar in a can of crushed pineapple and I swear I needed a bathroom break every 30-45 minutes. My last bathroom run was around 3:30, and I finally got about two hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Yesterday turned out to be a wonderful day, since both doctors' appointments went smoothly and I like both doctors very much. Once I was home from my luncheon date, the day continued nicely. I got nowork in on the ballet,. so that's today's priority.
