BREAKING NEWS:
the long-awaited, much-needed, errant and truant TAX DOCUMENT FINALLY arrived! It's taken forever. I'd given up and was trying to concoct some sort of scheme to obtain it. But ta da! It's here! Now I can resume my tax prep (not fun). (But necessary.)

I recently mentioned Choc Zero to my acupuncturist, who is also a nutritionist. It turns out that she's very fond of dark chocolate and has tried many of the sugar-free versions. Once she tried Choc Zero she said she no longer wanted any of the others and thanked me profusely for telling her about Choc Zero.

I just received a new shipment. They are out of the milk chocolate squares, which are my favorite, so I was forced to try a couple new flavors. The milk chocolate caramel is very tasty, a bit sweeter than the milk chocolate squares. The white chocolate caramel is also very good.

Whole Foods and some other stores now carry the products, though she said Amazon prices were better.

Updates: went to the wee hospital in Ladner, BC to visit the MIL and bring her her shoes. She’s sore but no broken hip. Keeping her overnight.
Was able to buy some Terro ant baits and the ants are gobbling up that sweet stuff to take back into their lair and poison their Queen.
Daughter a little better today. Kept down solid food.
Mrs. R not feeling well now, testing negative though, but has a painful abscess in her lower gums!

Oh I did get some potentially good news. Remember the ID theft where someone fraudulently rented an apartment in North Carolina under my name? I spent hours going through steps to contest this with the various grifters and agencies, filing police report, sending certified letters, etc. This after all three credit bureaus told me sorry, their investigations indicated the debt was mine. I received my first follow-up investigation result from one bureau, Experian, who say the disputed charges are no longer on my credit report. So maybe the beginning of the end of that madness!
