Thanks to everyone for the wishes for Molly.

She is sick today, so I will not be able to see her. It's not Covid.

I have her a cake - not as pretty as the one DR singdaw worked so hard to make - and I bought her a nice desk organizer.

She will get both eventually - this weekend.

I didn't have any pork seasoning, so I baked my pork chops using Beer Can Chicken seasoning. And I baked them on a bed of sweet corn kernels.

Didn't turn out too bad. Although I am sure the REAL chefs on HHW will shake their heads.
