Topic of the Day: lasagna. When I've made it in the past, I'd just take a recipe on the box of noodles or maybe the ricotta cheese package and double everything except the noodles. It would always be very good.

I can't do the math, but I was awake early and tried at 5:45 am. (2:45 am for you west coasters). It was ompletely offline and inaccessible, as was Kritzerland.com. I think it stayed offline until about the time DR George posted this, half an hour ago.

I like bow tie pasta because I like the way it looks so sometimes I use it in the mac and cheese which I guess makes it rot and cheese.
