three reviews so far, hopefully many to come. One person left a one-star rating with no review. I think we all know who that was. It never stops. I'll be contacting Amazon about it.

I have been a very naughty patient.

For the past year or so I have just taken one of my Metformin pills a day instead of two.....just lazy.

At my appointment on Monday, my doctor - who had forgotten to see me for a year and half - sent me for blood work.

I looked at the results yesterday and was not encouraged.

Yesterday afternoon my case work called and said Dr. Durrell wanted me to see the diabetes doctor. So we set up an appointment for next Tuesday.

So I thought - well I should probably check my blood sugar - for the first time in about a year.

I had almost forgotten how and all of my test strips had expired.

My checker wasn't working....so I changed the batteries in it - luckily I had a couple of new lithium batteries in my drawers.

But I couldn't remember how to do it.

So I looked online.

And it worked and my blood sugar level was 222 - which is NOT good.

So I filled out my e-check in online and when I got to the end of it, there was a message saying I had checked that I did not want to use my insurance to pay for the appt.

Obviously I checked the wrong box.

So I called the number that my case worker called me from yesterday.

The girl who answered the phone said there was no such named person in the office.

I told her that perhaps she could help me.

She looked at things and said that I could correct that when I come in on Tuesday.

I then asked her if she could send in a prescription for new test strips. And she said of course.

So that will be my first prescription using the delivery system....if it works.

So since Monday I have been taking my TWO Metformin pills a day....and I plan to test my blood sugar each day and I imagine it will start going down. Time will tell.

Some cast recordings guy was shocked he had to pay when every other Prime Video is free - I told him that wasn't so, only THEIR in-house produced product is free for Prime members, not stuff they don't produce. He loved the first episode but was shocked it was short and that all the episodes were short. Why isn't loving the episode enough?

I'm sure he'll continue watching and hopefully enjoying.
