I voted yesterday...we're having a special election to vote on a joint resolution to combine Olympia and Tumwater Fire departments into one regional fire protection authority.  The city of Lacey declined to participate.

Wednesday morning greetings!  Today I will accompany Richard to the appointment with a gastroenterologist that was recommended as follow-up to his recent hospitalization.  I suspect he will be scheduled for some unpleasant testing...
 

I hope he is/was pleased with the new doctor.

I have been a very naughty patient.

For the past year or so I have just taken one of my Metformin pills a day instead of two.....just lazy.

At my appointment on Monday, my doctor - who had forgotten to see me for a year and half - sent me for blood work.

Ummm, isn't it your responsibility to make your yearly appointment?

[Jane]

So since Monday I have been taking my TWO Metformin pills a day....and I plan to test my blood sugar each day and I imagine it will start going down.  Time will tell.

Vibes it does.

And on this page I will post the video of my new doctor - Tyler Feldman who is young enough to be my grandson....at least.  I hope he is as forgiving of my shenanigans as some others are.

Yes DR JANE Dr Feldman does look very young.

As for whose responsibility it is, my doctors have always sent a text of letter telling me it's time to come in.....I could have called sooner, but life crushes in.

DR ELMORE yes it is a nightmare, but I am only taking 1/2 of the Metformin prescribed, so I am thinking if I take it properly, it will be most helpful....although I am not ruling out having another medication added to the regimen.

This afternoon has been Troy Donahue at Warner Bros......and tonight is James Dean ditto on TCM.

There is a new scan of EAST OF EDEN so I shall probably watch that and stick around for REBEL and GIANT.
