I had an odd, if not completely puzzling, dream last night.

I was having a conversation with my father and was told my name wasn't really my name.

What?   Huh?   So I asked him what my name is:

"Joshua Dennis Dawkins," he said.

I asked how that was possible, and I then woke up.

I cannot make heads nor tails of this.  Where did that name come from?

I’m tired all the time

Are you sleeping well?  Do you wake up a lot while you sleep?

Could you, possibly, have sleep apnea?   Honestly, I was always tired after a full night's sleep.

I took a sleep apnea test and was immediately given a CPAP.

My first night's sleep was AMAZING, and I was refreshed the morning after.
A full night's sleep with my CPAP makes all the difference.
