Well my PSA for the day.

Dr Feldman's suggestion that I put Vapo Rub on my toenails has after only a couple of days yielded great results!

Who knew? I would say by the weekend I will have the toenails of a 29 year old.

Good morning all. Most of you might not know who I am anymore. I was a regular around here in the days of old.
Another regular back in my days was dear Tom Birkeland. I found out this morning that Tom has sadly passed away. I do not have details, unfortunately, but I wanted to let you all know.

Tom's cousin posted this on his Facebook page:
I have just learned that my cousin, Tom Birkeland, has died. He was so talented and caring. When we were young we would sit in a tent in the backyard and pretend we were dining at the Space Needle - we couldn't imagine anything fancier than that. 50 years later we did it for real - such a great memory.

His great love was the theater. I remember seeing him perform in A Thousand Clowns at the Tacoma Little Theater when he was only 9. He kept performing there, and lots of different theaters in the Puget Sound area, for the next 60 years.
He will be greatly missed, by many many people.

Tom was a dear, gentle man. He was the one who brought Jed into the Tacoma theatre scene all those years ago with Annie Get Your Gun. We will miss him greatly.
