My dream house now has to have a huge kitchen, a huge library, and a huge music room.

Okay...I called the dealer and spoke to the guy I've been dealing with about the error messages, and he said the EyeSight error message isn't a great concern because (like the article that Rodzinski linked to), that can be something physical or other factors can affect that.  His concern is if/when the AT Oil Temp Light comes on.  That didn't come on last night, so I don't need to worry so much until it does.  Then, I'll call again!

Cool keychains from DR Vixmom.  I have never seen them with names attached.  I like the George Statue of Liberty.  It is a very nice collection.

The reason I couldn't send it is that I realize it needs better packaging than how I usually send them or it will arrive broken.

The Sixth Sense hands down. Not my all-time favorite movie, but probably my all-time favorite cinematic experience, so perfectly shocked was I by the ending. I was lucky in that a friend called me and said, “Go see this movie, now!” And it happened to be playing at the theater in Park Slope near me, so I walked on over. Knew nothing about it, had seen no ads, didn’t know “I see dead people” or what it was about. And about 7/8 of the way through, I’m getting a little annoyed, I remember thinking, this is ok, but why on earth did he insist I see this? Like, I was ready to rip my friend a new one for wasting my evening. Then the ending happened, and the audience was stunned, and my jaw hit the floor, and we all walked out into the Brooklyn night, and I’m like looking to talk to someone, anyone, like, “Did you just see that?” Everyone was in shock.
An experience never to be duplicated.

;D  I loved reading about your experience.

While I definitely have a sense of what he was like, I'm sorry I never had a chance to meet TCB in person.

I feel very lucky to have been able to see him in two shows.

So, back in March, I mentioned that "my new car that's only nine months old started flashing warning lights on the dashboard indicating that the EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology was turned off (and not by me!), and also the Subaru AT Oil Temp Light was flashing!"  I was able to get an appointment, but not until three weeks later.  At that time, I was told that the history of that "event" within the computer in the car is deleted after the car is turned off and on a few times.  They can't diagnose the code unless it's in "active" mode.  Well, I got the EyeSight error messages again on Sunday (but not the AT Oil Temp message), but I wasn't able to bring the car in until Tuesday.  Again, the error history had been deleted from the car's computer. :P

But then it happened again last night!  I was driving to rehearsal and it came on while I was driving.  After rehearsal, I came right home, so my car has been turned off only two times.  HOPEFULLY, I can bring it in today without having to go anywhere else and they're able to diagnose the code AND the problem!

GOOD LUCK!

George, here’s a good article on the Eyesight system. One possible remedy you could try yourself is to locate the cameras and wipe them off. They may be blocked by debris.

Interesting, though I would wait until after the trip to the dealership :)

DR Rodzinski, that was an excellent moviegoing experience you related. Isn't it wonderful when the stars and planets align just right for something like that to happen so perfectly? - when a change in any single little factor would have altered the whole thing?

Bizarrely, I was actually aware while posting that response that I was including an anagram. I wonder how often that happens in casual writing. Not the being aware part, just having it happen.

Yes, DR ChasSmith, because as word of the movie got out, lots of people went in expecting a surprise, so they were trying to guess it the whole time. I'm so glad I got to view it without that baggage because my mind works overtime trying to figure things out. I don't know that I would have guessed it, but I would have been trying.

I had heard that there was a "twist," but I didn't try to figure it out.  I just watched and enjoyed the movie and was flabbergasted when it was revealed!
