If you own a Kindle you can purchase on your Kindle.  Since I only have the app I now have to purchase it online and wait for it to download to my app.  The same for my Nook app.  Some law forced the change.

I hope you are surprised and the mistake turns out to be a good thing.  It has to be frustrating.

I also have to wait to read mine.  I have two books checked out from the library, plus the challenge of reading books on my Kindle app due to them being a bit too bright to read in bed.
