Oh yes - The Twilight Zone.....must see TV.....I think it was followed by YOU ARE THERE or some such weekly news documentary.....

From the first episode - Earl Holliman was a soldier who stumbled into a town populated by mannequins.....

Great cast beyond Tierney and Tyrone Power. Herbert Marshall, Clifton Webb, John Payne, Anne Baxter, Lucille Watson and Elsa Lancaster. How have I not seen this before.

Clifton Webb, Lucile Watson, and Herbert Marshall are also outstanding....and Mr Tyrone Power's first entrance is stunning - his first movie on returning from military service in WWII.

Just noticed the main character’s name is Lawrence Darrell, as opposed to the writer Lawrence Durrell.
