Watching Targets, Bogdanovich’s first film. Sadly, it’s all too relevant today with its emphasis on mass shootings.

Doesn’t make it a great movie. But Boris Karloff is wonderful.

We caught up a bit then changed into something a bit fancier and grabbed a cab to take us cross town

There we went to a piano lounge to see a band led by a piano player we’ve seen before, a talented singer named Mike Greko who, as far as I know, only sings covers, I’ve never seen him play anything original.
