I had a friend who moved into a nice community like what you are looking at. It was standard procedure to replace everything before new people moved in. I was shocked, but their place was beautiful.

I'm up, I'm up - a bit more than seven hours of sleep - kind of a rough night - slept well but something wasn't sitting right in the tummy, so I was up once for an hour.

Also added Cradle Will Rock (no "the" on that title, I believe). I know they play with the history and the facts some, but I love that kind of early-mid-20th century period movie.
