I have a new health issue: horrible pains on the right side of my abdomen, running from under my ribcage to my hip. Last night the pain was so bad I could barely stand and walk. I thought at first it was a muscle that stretches would relax. Now I'm worried that it might be kidney-related, like a kidney stone or worse since it was my right kidney that had the cancerous tumor. Ann just called to check on me. Her advice was to call 911.

The alarm rang at 5:10 because I forgot to turn it off yesterday, so I turned it off and went back to sleep. Then it rang at 5:40, the time I had set it for. I turned off and went back to bed. Thatch lay down beside me. When I woke, it was nearly 7:00. I had to get up and feed my three starving babies.

Pondering my situation while I cleaned the litter, I wonder if I simply pulled an abdominal muscle during the labors with my helper on Thursday. I was certainly wrestling with heavy cartons.

You may have injured your sciatic nerve. I had my experiences with that a year ago.

BK or Larry: What is the provenance of "No, My Heart"? I know the Barrett album says it's from "Hay Fever", but I can find no reference to a musical of that title in Google.

It's a favorite song of mine, and that peformance and music is astonishingly beautiful.
