The air quality here is horrendous today. It's crazy how much it can change in one day. Yesterday I was outside watching my niece's soccer game. Today I watered my flowers for 5 minutes and my throat and eyes were killing. Apparently the air quality today is so bad that it's listed as #1 of all cities in the world.

Starting The Lost King. I’m loving it so far, as with so many Stephen Frears movies. Alexandre Desplat has written a fun, old-fashioned, fine score for it.
