Wednesday afternoon greetings!

DR Singdaw I believe that is higher than your unpleasant air quality.

We are just over 200, but not as bad as 222.

According to my close personal friend Mr. Google, ours is between 24 and 32 right now, depending on what individual stations are reporting. Quite a difference from what we had a few weeks ago and what all of you are having now. Hope y'all see improvements soon.

That's good.  In Bend it is 22.

Actually, we’re about to head out to the biweekly farmers market that they’ve just started in downtown Middletown.  We might not last long…

My helper Mario accomplished a great deal today. The huge pile of books is now a small couple of stacks, and the rest were either put on the shelves or into cartons for our DR ChasSmith to pick up in the next couple of weeks. I was so active that my legs no longer want to work today, so getting around the past hour has been difficult. I fed the cats, and then ordered from McDonald's. The French fries tasted really good today.

Tomorrow we tackle the crucial area of bookshelves behind my bed. It's a real disaster area, thanks to Annabelle's climbing and knocking books to the floor.

I hope the lake theory holds up.  I am reading the air quality in the city is 222.

I don't know what exactly that means,  but it doesn't sound good. :-\

I'm still trying to get my medication,  this time from a different company.  The savings is better than buying it at my local pharmacy,  but nothing compared to the incredible savings from Canada.

Good luck, Jane!

The Blackberry phenomenon is certainly interesting, as it's become quite the cult.

I never paid it any attention, myself. Maybe I should have back then, because the first time I got a cell phone was in early 2002. When that was decided, I went with a Cingular Nokia - which I still have today, in a small box along with a couple of similar artifacts from my past that I find interesting.

Anyhoo, I'd like to see that movie or documentary or whatever it is, and however bad it is, just to learn a little something about the Blackberry and the craze.

Maybe later I'll take some photographic evidence of the two early cell phones I have stored away. They truly are artifacts!

My first cell phone was a bar phone, but after that I got, and also still have, my Motorola StarTak flip phone, which is purported to be the first flip phone, and it was inspired by the Star Trek (TOS) communicator, a working Bluetooth reproduction of which I also have. :)

Today, I saw a very dirty/dusty SUV. Into the back window grime, someone had inscribed this literary gem:

Cowboy butts drive me nuts.

But twice can?

We lasted long enough at the farmers market to get Rainier cherries, a loaf of bread, and some chocolate chip cookies.  The air makes me sneeze and cough.
