BK, are you aware of these two sets? The Dorati monaural set contains IMO the definitive recordings of Tchaikovsky's three ballets Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker.

A sad day at our house. The carbonator machine broke. It is like a soda stream, but from Kitchen Aide and much more heavy duty.

However, the built in locking gaskets are plastic, and one apparently cracked. The whole machine has to be trashed. And Kitchen Aide no longer makes them.

We go through about 3 large bottles of carbonated water per day, so we need something heavy duty, and the Soda Stream machines don't look durable.

Researching other options.

We had a Soda Stream when they first became popular. I had a couple of sips and that was it.
