I think you’re welcome is a perfectly polite answer. “No problem” I think is rude when said by someone in a service industry, I didn’t think it was a problem for you to do your job until you advised me it might have

On the other hand if I’m asking you to do something that truly is an inconvenience, like drive me to the airport or help me move house, “no problem” is a fine response because yeah, that certainly was a problem of my making.
