Thursday morning greetings!  The weeding of books continued here yesterday with cookbooks. 

DR Ginny, I admire your dedication. I find culling tedious and fatiguing. I would not be able to do so much of it.

I didn't get far with my weeding.

I meant to say it yesterday, but DR Elmore reminds me:

People no longer care what they say on the phone. As representatives of a business, they should know what they’re talking about. But they often don’t, and they too often just say something that will end the call so they can move on to the next. They’re rarely identifiable (even when you do recall the name of whomever you spoke with), and they’re not held accountable.

Agree completely!

But it’s partly a management problem. Employees are often given little or no training and no supervision. Many, of course, just don’t care.

The very name "Trump" sucks all the oxygen from our atmosphere.

He also sucks the joy out of life.

Yes. I have to stop myself from using “trump” as a verb. The less I hear that word the better.
