There are two dental hygienists in the office so we can get our teeth cleaned at the same time. It is especially convenient since we only have one car.

We’re going through a change of seasons. Chinese medicine says that this is a stressful time and acupuncture is called for. I don’t disagree, but would add extra sleep, if possible.

We went to church camp a few days ago. It was great, because the new young pastor has attracted several new families.

However, we were the only old people, so I really felt out of place.

A couple nights ago, we had a FIERCE storm -- the wind was frightening. If I had any trees left, I'm sure they would have blown over. There were several uprooted trees in the neighborhood.
