Well, today's going to be a day. I'm ushering AND working concessions. First, I'm ushering for the matinee of Harlequin Productions' production of a one-woman show called Every Brilliant Thing. They are renovating (or something) their theater, so they're performing their shows elsewhere, such as the South Puget Sound Community College Black Box.

That's real convenient for me because I'm working the bar (beer, wine and hard cider only) for the 2023 Miss Thurston County Scholarship Program, which is also being held at the South Puget Sound Community College, but on their mainstage. Fortunately, there's a little over two hours in between the two events, so I'll have time to get something to eat.

I went to the Post Office to mail some things yesterday, and the clerk told me that they are no longer shipping packages first class; stopped doing so in July.

What the what?

They do have other shipping options for packages, though.
