"When all your years are yester..."

I feel like that's from a Malty & Shire song, but I am not certain.

Today’s the day my MacBook was estimated to be ready to come home from the hospital. Will it happen? I won’t know for a while, but tomorrow would be all right, too.

Fingers crossed you soon have your MacBook home from the hospital.

Today is the 72nd birthday of my cousin Rick.  We spoke on the phone this morning.

It was nice, for a while, but the more he rambled, the more he began sounding like someone i just don't know any longer.

Everything was about money, money, money.  I know he is loaded, but his wife is materialistic to the nth degree.

They have a unique life that involves TV religious personalities, Fox News and just about any and every conspiracy theory that comes along.

I had to stop our conversation when he began suggesting the Chinese started the Hawaii fires with a laser, and how Oprah Winfrey is actually buying up huge swaths of land that is suddenly on the market because of the fire.

The mind boggles.

I am very sorry about your cousin.

If only their unique life was unique these days, DR Ron. I have neighbors like that. An in-law like that, possibly one of my sisters…. All too common, I fear.

In fact, my own cousin Rick, who recently passed away, was deep in the weeds of religio-conspiracy shenanigans. Hope he has all the answers now.

I hope so.

I told the girl who answered who I was and asked what was happening....she said:  "Uh....just a minute let me ask........hey, it's the due with the Smart Car.....huh?......okay......can he call you back?"

I said of course.....so we shall see what happens in the next few ticks.

Today I received a Toy Catalog from Meijer and NOT ONE item had a price ....

There are QR codes on every page, so I guess that's how you find out how much something is.

But I'm not that interested.....it mostly looks like a bunch of junk.

It seems as if there will be sales and price changes.  Still, it is odd not to have prices in a catalog.

Oh. It's when all your DAYS are yester, and it's from "No Time at All" from Pippin.

I also got the sad news yesterday that a good friend I've known for fifty years has had a return of colon cancer.

Oh, no. :(
