Well, the drama continues and may, in fact, be insurmountable at this point. We're now in danger of just cancelling the show, which would be a disaster for the theater, needless to say. I did what I could to repair the damage that's caused the drama and I'm hoping light will be seen and that we can soldier on. I won't know for a couple of hours. It would be a shame to throw out all the hard work.

DR Jrand72, this made me think of you, for some strange reason.

Well, to add to the blah nature of the day: One of Mom’s Caregivers found out that her physical therapist told Mom she would never walk again, which has depressed Mom. Why would you do that?

Watching the Godfather movies has left me with several ideas on how to handle a certain physical therapist. If you know what I mean.

It’s a sunny day here. A balmy 49 degrees, or as the Canadians would say, 9.

I have really tried to develop an innate sense of the correspondence between Fahrenheit and Celsius, but my brain just doesn't work like that.

I have seen "You'll Never Walk Alone" listed on a program erroneously as "You'll Never Walk Again."

Just got word from a former coworker that his cancer treatment is no longer working. He’s headed home and into hospice.

How awful. I’m sorry

For those who haven't already seen it on social media, here's Jonathan Tunick being presented with his portrait at Sardi's.
