DR Ginny did you actually have time to make the pie, or is there a favorite place you purchased it from?
I made it, DR Jane, because I’m trying to use up groceries. I had one can of pumpkin, one can of evaporated milk, and a pair of Pillsbury pie crusts. The pie only needed one crust, so I made what my mother called wound-up cookies: spread a flattened pie crust with butter, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, roll up, slice and bake. Yum!
