Well, you've read the notes, the notes were revolting, and now it is time for you to post until the revolting cows come home.

I slept rather well with Thatch cuddled up next to me, Annabelle in the cat tree, and Stella at the foot of the bed.

I have a bit of laundry to do first thing this morning, and an aria from Stephen Schwartz's opera
Seance on a Wet Afternoon
to edit.

This is also a bit of a festive day. Danny Burstein and George Dvorsky are coming to visit this afternoon. I haven't seen either of them in ages. DR vixmom and I saw Danny in the last
Fiddler on the Roof
revival and spoke to him on the phone after the show; that seems eons ago. I haven't seen George since 2011 when we recorded the Victor Herbert songs. I'm looking forward tgo the visit.

Had a double dream covering couple of old favorite themes I hadn't revisited in a while.
Might have been two separate dreams, but I'm not sure they weren't connected somehow.

I haven't seen or heard anything of Stephen Schwartz's
Seance
. This must be rectified.

I had tickets to see this at NY City Opera, but for some reason at the time couldn't attend.
It was given in the same season as Bernstein's
A Quiet Place
.

For the Bernstein, I attended the pre-curtain talk with Stephen Wadsworth. He was kind of an ASS.

DR RODZINSKI aka Dyson Dan mentioned Lyle Talbot last night and his son Stephen aka Gilbert from LEAVE IT TO BEAVER.
I knew the father/son relationship. And it's funny that Stephen appeared as Gilbert Harrison in the first season he was a football player and a bully.
When Gilbert came back in the third season he was Gilbert Bates - a scatter brained kid who always caused trouble....and I remember in one interview, the producers mentioned that they had changed his last name in honor of Norman Bates.....
