It's been a loooong day. I had a lot of fun going through "Yesterday I Loved You" with Joshie. We work very well together, and we have a good time. I think we will meet on Sunday to work on the overture.

My Access-a-Ride drivers were both wonderful today, although the second was 25 minutes late.  He took me to Quest Diagnostics, where I had to drop off stool samples. I was told my efforts were lousy and to do it over. When I came out of the office, a very kind lady and her daughter stopped their csr and helped me flag a taxi and get myself and the walker into it. The taxi driver was also wonderful.

We received a box of covid tests which will expire in June.  I thought they were sending two boxes.  Oh well.

Had two different Dalmatians at two different times of my childhood. I didn’t really care for either, and discovered I was more of a cat person. Currently no pets though. Kids are enough.

I am more of a cat person but I do love dogs, especially sweet, smart ones.  I also like furry dogs.

Jane, my friend Shelly has a couple of display boxes that she has decided should be filled with (some of) my keychains.  I went to her house this weekend and we were looking at some of my keychains and we found my two Sherlock keychains!

I should've taken a picture of them.  Maybe I can the next time I go over there.

Why does your friend Shelly have some of your keychains at her house?

So that Shelly can put them in the display boxes for me. :)

I probably should read the Flowers For Algernon script and start planning my Sept. 2024 production.

Has anyone read The Book of Charlie? It’s about a 109-year-old and all he experienced in his life?

Barry Fitzgerald is starring in the holiday episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents called Santa Claus and the 10th Avenue Kid.

No, however, I read Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters' First 100 Years.  One sister lived to be 104 and the other to 109.

Does she give you feedback on what she likes and doesn't like to help in future book choices?

She’ll take anything, as long as she can complain about it. She’s getting into her holiday spirit of disagreeableness.
