Trilogy of Terror - three stories each starring Karen Black. The last story called The Zumi Doll is the one that did it. If you saw it, you know.

TRILOGY OF TERROR is on a nice Blu-ray, too, and what great fun it is. I think there might be a couple of moments in the doll story that haven't lost their impact, even now, if you haven't seen it in a while.

The memory of that first broadcast is one of my absolute favorites. It's literally what everyone talked about the next day, a watershed moment in television during a remarkably creative time.
