I got a new foam bed mat that’s supposed to be cooler while you sleep. It’s also memory foam.

It forced me to change and wash the sheets.

It’s rather comfortable. But I must nap to get the full effect.

We live in unfortunate and egregiously stupid times.

I have had to control my tongue in recent weeks over a FB thread on a TCM Fan page in which one soul posted that he thinks Audrey Hepburn terribly overrated, that she never deserved an Oscar and had only played the same role in all her films.

There is SO MUCH STUPID out there!

I wonder if they ever saw The Nun's Story or Wait Until Dark.

or Robin and Marian.

While I loved her in that I wouldn't use it as an example of a very different performance from the ones she is known for.

Dog walked, business done. I tried a new thing - brought a treat and gave it to her after she peed. And she really had to pee because she was so stupid last night. Then she would not poop in the yard but we were not going back inside until she did. We got as far as the house next door and she made an epic deposit in three parts. First part, a small second part, and another big third part. I'd say it was time and she got another treat and then we came in and she got her morning meal.
