Cottage cheese isn't really cheese - it's just a curd to me.

LOL!

I'll only report on the sale again WHEN it happens.  I don't want anyone to think that she's a flake.  She's definitely not.

Scientists have recently discovered how black holes are formed.

I remember having a "family" salad years ago that was not quite that large, but definitely not a normal "side" salad.

Just watched the Lizzie Bordon episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Reminded me of this brilliant New Faces number.

So, I most fortunately checked my e-mail and found out that the second party that I was going to go to today has been cancelled.  The husband of the hostess is sick, so no party...which is a good reason not to have a party.

What a shame for the couple hosting.  To do all that work, have all that food, etc.  I hope he will be ok.

The first party that I just went to was actually a holiday tea party.

I like that idea.

Nearing the end of this disc. Clare Trevor is a journalist touring a Communist country. Several actors from Hogan’s Heroes are in the supporting cast.

In the previous episode, Claude Raines was a ventriloquist and a young Charles Bronson a police detective investigating a murder.

This show had great actors. Great writers too. Ray Bradberry wrote one script.

Show was, for me, a complete thud and I think the cast felt it, too.

After two amazing shows, the opening line got the huge laugh it always gets and then it became a text book example of how to lose a great audience. Screwing up the easiest ography ever in the opening number - baffling. When the first person at the end of a line doesn't do her turn it screws up everyone else in the line who turn on specific lyrics.

Leading lady skipping a page of dialogue in the first scene, which sets up the entire show and fumfering around so that nothing made any sense. That actually ended up happening several times.

Doug completely not doing what he usually does in The Caper. He was at his best Friday night and this was the polar opposite. Also screwing up the easy ography in Boom Ditty Boom.

And on and on. Certainly the sloppiest show we've done and what a shame - the audience was so primed and they still seemed to enjoy it, but I always want to give the best show we can.
