We just recently finished watching the entire series of Dark Shadows. It was a COVID project. Parts of it were entertaining. Some of the story lines were pretty bleak.

I lost my sense of taste and smell for more than 18 months, but I never tested positive for COVID. I had polyps, though.

That's exactly the way.

I use a good heavy nonstick pan, melt the tiniest amount of butter and drop the eggs in the melted butter and immediately cover with a glass cover ( so I can see what's going on in that there pan).

As soon as the white is cooked over the yolks (but the yolk is still runny) I slide them out onto the prepared toast.

It took.a looooooong time to learn to time as it out right so the toast was still warm, but prepared the moment the eggs are perfect.

This is the method I learned about watching America's Test Kitchen (or was it Christopher Kimball's Milk Street?). At any rate, it's all about putting the glass lid over the eggs and waiting until you get that fine white layer over the yolks, and then they are done. Never overcook eggs!!

The symptoms of JN.1 appear to be similar to those caused by other strains, which include:
