Radish bread is in the oven. I added dried cherries and walnuts.

The memorial service was good. It was a friend from church.

Getting to church was a problem. Apparently there is a major water main break, diverting traffic past the church. It just wasn’t moving. It took 10 minutes to go half a mile.

I completed my trip to Sam's Club with no issues of any kind other than drivers who don't understand who has the right-of-way at a four-way stop.

I was stopped and waiting for a car to my right to go through, when he did I started through, but the car that was behind him decided not to stop and cut right into my path/right-of-way.

No accident happened, but it was close.

We too have had recent issues with people not waiting their turn at a four way stop.

And, we have a listing:

Whe-e-e-e!

Wow!  Very nice house, Ginny!

I am a bit surprised at the "sparse" staging, but I guess they wanted just a little something to offer perspective.

Nice neighborhood, nice yard.  I love that basement!!  You should have NO trouble at all selling this house!!!

Thank you, DR Ron!  Getting the basement to look that good was Richard’s handiwork.

I had baked catfish, grits, succotash and a baked sweet potato for lunch.

The owner of Third Generation asked me what I was doing on Christmas Day.  I have Christmas Eve plans, but none for the next day.  Therefore, I was invited to Christmas Dinner for friends of Third Generation. It is a private dinner for their constant patrons.  I am honored to be asked, and I may go.

That is very nice.  You should go.  When do you need to let them know if you are attending?

"No Robert Morse? No Bert I. Gordon?"

Ladies and Germs, it is HELL out there.

I had to (absolutely had to, no choice) go out today to four stores, and let me just tell you...it was HELL.

TJ's was very busy but not too bad, still it wasn't worth shopping there when they didn't have the item I wanted.

See's was busy but extremely well organized.  I didn't have to wait for anyone to fill a gift box and the lines went quickly.
