Saturday night we took Bill for hibachi and had filet mignon and scallops and shrimp along with hibachi fried rice, vegetables, and green onion soup.

Christmas Eve was cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, prime rib, mushrooms cooked in merlot, butter and beef stock with sliced shallots, roasted red sliced red potatoes, peas, corn, asparagus with hollandaise, cauliflower casserole, golden cake with vanilla icing, Christmas cookies.

Today was fresh baked blueberry muffins and tea for breakfast.

Cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, chips and dip, Turkey, stuffing with cranberries, mashed potatoes, grilled sweet potatoes, corn, green bean casserole, chocolate pudding, Christmas cookies

In completely unrelated news, tomorrow I must attend work wearing a duvet as inexplicably all my clothes have shrunk ( no doubt something to do with the drop in temperature)
