And it is before 11 a.m. Eastern even if the date stamp says it'snot.

I finished my computer work and took a bath. I feel quite refreshed at the moment.

Very nice dream, DR Ron Pulliam. I do believe, however, that even if you don't require use of the machine, it's nevertheless considered a nice politesse to drop DR Jrand73 a twenty when reporting a dream with your own analysis. Kind of like a corkage fee for bringing your own bottle to a fine restaurant.

I love "Memories" in Facebook.  Today I reminded of the time in Hong Kong that an officer directed us to the line that said "This station is for deficients, disabled & elderly."

From DR George:

I think it was the first time that I had seen Micheal act in a show.

I gather you have seen him many times since then.

Did anyone have cream of rice for breakfast growing up?

No, just Cream of Wheat.

Does anyone still have cream of rice for breakfast?

I don't think I have ever had it.  I still have Cream of Wheat.

With this cold and the meds I take at night to get some sleep, it’s an adventure. I do sleep, but I wake up a bunch of times throughout the night. At least the cold meds keep the nose running and coughing somewhat under control. And when I’m sick, the worst part of the day is the getting up and getting moving - such as it is.

But this morning I feel that positive upswing we always look for, and I know I’m heading in the right direction.

Good, continue to feel better vibes!

Last night I started listening to a hefty new bio of Ella Fitzgerald. It’s quite good.

I loved your take on Saltburn. Still not sure I want to see it.

Now, why don't they make Pepperburn? I like pepper better than salt.

Sometime today I'll be watching the Kennedy Center Honors. I can fast forward through the commercials and bits I'm not interested in.
