BTW I am still getting emails from Venmo and phony Venmo telling me that my account has been compromised and giving me lots of links to click.....which I never do.

And then I got an email from Venmo telling me that a transaction didn't go through and called me by a name I had never heard of.....I still didn't click.

After all of these emails, I always check my bank account online and nothing seems to be amiss.

The chef who popularized avocado toast passed away.

I did go into the backyard earlier to water and appreciate the garden. Dozens of rose blooms are coming the bushes. The bougainvillea is deep red. The salvia has some purple. The pansies are multicolored, mostly purple or purple and white.
