Took the advise of several DRs here and thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris this evening.

I am not surprised you thoroughly enjoyed it.

DR George I wonder if you will now begin to see egg sandwiches where you hadn't noticed them before.

Skip got some terrible news today, that his supervisor where he does music work with disabled and elderly patients passed away suddenly yesterday.

And there was an interview online with her: "Interview with Nancy Sondag: Drama therapy for persons with dementia on a secured unit in an assisted living facility during a pandemic"

If anyone wants to read it, googling "interview with Nancy Sondag" will bring it up.

Nancy was also the co-leader of the Hearts and Voices program during the AIDS crisis.  Hearts and Voices was a program which brought cabaret to AIDS units in hospitals.

It's possible, but I'm sure I've never seen them on a menu around here, at least.  I think I would've noticed that.

Egg sandwiches are a Long Island staple.

Generally served on a roll, standard is 2 eggs ( scrambled or fried as you specify) bacon or ham or sausage, cheese and then as specified salt, pepper, ketchup

I myself prefer eggs over easy ( don’t break the yolk, don’t cut the roll!) with bacon or ham and Muenster cheese…no condiments

Vixdad is a scrambled eggs with sausage, American cheese and ketchup

Would an Egg McMuffin or Sausage McMuffin with Egg qualify as an egg sandwich?

It's possible, but I'm sure I've never seen them on a menu around here, at least.  I think I would've noticed that.

When we moved to Oregon I discovered most bagel places did not make egg bagels.  Often, having no clue what an egg bagel was, the person at the counter thought I wanted an egg sandwich.

As per my NY resolution, as I get new email notifications of bills, I am signing up for AUTO PAY.

I did that last year for many of my bills....and I hope to do so for the rest of them this year.

It is much more convenient.....saving of stamps, etc.

I am being dragged into the 21st century.
