Then there was a second baffling financial news transaction, but that proved to me overlooking something. Sigh.

As for sleep, 3 hours here, fourth day in a row of poor nights. I’m falling asleep as I write this.

So, TTFN.

I did not purchase a new refrigeration unit.

I window-shopped and fell in love with a French door model that is the perfect width and depth for my space...and had a bottom loading freezer drawer.  Only drawback:  It is two inches higher than the cabinet currently abutted against the top of my present refrigerator.

I think I may be doing some deconstructive sawing this week to make the space work for me.

Is this new model worth the effort?  Oh hells yes.  It's perfect for me.

Good luck with the sawing.  We have a very difficult spot to fit a refrigerator.  If you buy it, please share a photo.

Today we purchased a light weight Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner.  Keith says it is wonderful.

I’m watching the last Bunuel movie in this set, That Obscure Object of Desire. It’s hilarious. I don’t know if I have the patience for it tonight.

As per my NY resolution, as I get new email notifications of bills, I am signing up for AUTO PAY.

I did that last year for many of my bills....and I hope to do so for the rest of them this year.

It is much more convenient.....saving of stamps, etc.

I am being dragged into the 21st century.

I have had auto-pay for all my bills (except my condo's HOA dues...that's a written check) for many years.  As the commercial says, "Set it, and forget it!" ;D

Congrats, Ron!  Both my mom and sister have the French-doors-with-the-freezer-on-the-bottom models, and they love them.

We have that style, however, our refrigerator is sadly a lemon.

DR RON PULLIAM I had the same problem when I purchased my refrigerator.

We had a French Door Refrigerator for a few years.....but it seemed so small on each side it was rather a both.

HOWEVER I wanted the bottom freezer drawer.....but when I looked at the new units....they were all too tall for the space I had....so I had to go with a top freezer.

If and when this Frigidaire goes, so will the small cabinet above the space so that I can get a freezer drawer.....so now it's a race between me and the fridge which goes first.

I will accept egg sandwiches of ANY variety. They all sound good to me.

Slices of boiled egg in orange gelatin, cut in slabs and placed on an everything bagel with Miracle Whip on top?

Re the Q & A:

Sunday and Monday evenings would be my first chance, due to rehearsals and a concert. After that comes cataract surgery, so Tuesday and Wednesday are out.

Not much help, probably, but it’s a start.

The excitement!!
