I have, somehow, tweaked my lower left back. 

Am doing exercises I did when I had my sciatica issues a year back...they help some.

It's HELL getting older.

The storm lords have descended mercilessly upon us.

We are under a tornado watch, we have a severe thunderstorm warning and a high winds alert!

I have not lost power...yet...and hope I don't.

Man!  I haven't seen a storm like this in a long time.
