Bad night of sleep. Blame the decongestant.

I dreamt I had to drive in Australia, which is on the other side of the road. I don't remember anything after I started driving, except that it was easier than I had expected.

We've been watching episodes of "Inspector Morse" recently, and I keep having to remind myself that the driver of the car is on the opposite side from here in the US.

And bravo to DR Rodzinski and DR George for filling out the pages last night.

That WAS a fun read, in addition to getting to page 8!

Good news DR IRIS.

They can be used for meditation or just carried in pocket or purse. Sometimes just handling them help adjust the energy of the moment.

Good Friday morning to all of you!

I slept beautifully until about 8:30 a.m.  Had very pleasant dreams.

But, nobody likes a Pollyanderson, so I'll stop there!

Yes, you heard it here first.   It is Friday, january 12th, in Johnston SC.  And it's the year 2024.

If I live another 24 years, I'll be 98.

I'd love to live all those years, but quality of life would have to accompany me.

Otherwise, I shall look forward to the next adventure...

And, yes!  FWIW, THAT sort of thing is what begins crossing your minds after a "certain" age attainment.

I am certain other factors weigh in, as well, such as how many pills you find yourself taking in the morning and the evening.

When I was 40, I began taking one pill each morning for hypertension.

That evolved into two pills a day (morning and evening).

And now, believe me when I say you DON'T want to know.

That said, I can tell you I remain positive, upbeat and I do look forward to future events.

Not the 2024 election, however...THAT is one that is currently scaring the bedoobies out of me.

With that, I shall bid you adieu.   It is time for my post office visit, followed by a trip to our recycling center and then a stop at Third Generation for my lunch.

As Jose used to say (he of the "Blame Jose" moniker), "Laters..."

There was some year way back when there was a double feature of WITH SIX YOU GET EGGROLL and CLAMBAKE.

The only logic for putting those two movies together seemed to be that both had food in their titles.

From DR Jeanne:
Quote
Jane, the item (a fleece pullover) was returned in the clear plastic bag provided by the manufacturer. I don’t really recall what sort of shipping packaging was used, but most of my Amazon deliveries lately have been in brown paper mailing envelopes, so that’s probably what it was. But why this item and not the others? They all came in something. It’s a puzzlement.

Then it did have the outer packaging.  I thought the difference might be that it arrived as my shorts did, only in the clear plastic bag provided by the maufacturer.  It is a puzzlement.

Good question.  Also I am curious is this attacking of your phone.  Does he do that on a regular basis?  Is it ringing at the time of the attack?
