Tonight is opening night for Poe Nocturne!  I don't know how many people have purchased tickets, but I'll find out soon enough.

I slept rather poorly. I was awake with a panic attack around 3:30 this morning, thanks to the entire mess between my bank and Spectrum, both of whom should rot in hell.

Last night I finished Fellow Travelers, which left me crying like a baby. I'm not sure I enjoyed it and I'm not sure I will ever want to see it again, but there were times I felt I was watching a modified replay of my life. After I dried my eyes and gained a semblance of equanimity, I called the one that got away and will never go away to talk about the series.

There was so much in the series about fathers and sons, realists vs idealists, paranoia and betrayals that we had much to discuss.

Finally, a day off from going anywhere, notably to a doctor. Even though I’ve never minded going to a doctor of the eyeballs. It’s just good to have a day, several days, without, and being able to sit at home relaxing.

TOD

Last night I watched the first two episodes of the series PAN AM, which ran for only one season and I saw only one episode of it back then, and I’m enjoying it very much.

Before that, I watched the 1970 British film BARTLEBY, based on the Melville story. Wow, talk about bleak. Have to give this one some thought.

Stay tuned for more. I’m here all week!

Being as it’s Friday, it’s time for our weekly summer rain and wind storm tonight and tomorrow.

I kid you not.

Yes, I am well aware that today is the twelfth of January. Well aware of that. And yet…..
