We will return tomorrow, and then they are going to Mt Hood to ski with friends for a couple of days.

I have not watched any of the Oscar nominees and, frankly, don’t have a lot of enthusiasm to do so. Movies just aren’t as much fun as they used to be.

We met up with them in Powell's where Freyja was having a wonderful time purchasing books and stuffed toys while her parents appreciated the no sales tax.

My mother also seems to be recuperating nicely at home. I keep telling her:  day by day!

Today was a nasty day at work. Half our team is still out. Our hold time got over an hour. It doesn't make for pleasant callers once they finally get us.

It was.  Bryan & Kate miss Powell's.  We then went to the lovely Chinese Gardens.  After eating we went to a Japanese toy store and played there.
