So...with mention of The Sondheim Album in this morning's notes, I spent some time revisiting said album, plus a lot of "Lost in Boston" numbers and "Unsung Sondheim".

I had forgotten that Guy Haines sang "What Can You Lose' on that last album. It's a favorite song, and Haines sang it beautifully.

The television has pretty much been OFF today, and I must say life has been a bit more productive for me.

I think this is a good thing. I can start music up and siimply listen and sing while I work.

I used to do this regularly until I retired and became a couch (a recliner, rather) potato.

I would have had I been here. My neighbor was on some New Zealand public TV production of The Gondoliers in the ‘80s and sent me the video clips, which I enjoyed.
