I went to answer and there was a food delivery on my front porch table and a man in a car trying to make a getaway!

It's good that he came back and took the food!

One time, I was at work late and there was a food delivery for the secretary who sits up front. Except that she had not been to work that day. The driver said that that was the address that it was supposed to go to. I texted her and she said that she was driving home from out of town and forgot to change the delivery address.

She said to just put it in the fridge at work and she'd get it on Monday. No prob.

However, even though she came to work on Monday, she didn't take her food with her. On Tuesday, I mentioned that it was still in the fridge and she said she would get it that night. She didn't! I didn't remind her again (not my job) and that bag of food stayed the fridge for more than three, count 'em, THREE weeks!

I finally threw it out when she went on vacation.

I heard from the hospital. Mom is sedated for the night, but she seems to be okay. She’s behaving as she should for having been intubated.
