I had a lousy night of sleep. I woke up around 2:30 for a bathroom break, looked at the clock, and said to Thatch who was sleeping beside me, well,, we've got three more hours to sleep. I went back to bed and stayed awake for the next three hours. I can't blame the cats. I just couldn't settle. I fretted about the ballet, worried about paying my taxes, worried about my health . . .

I went to bed last night feeling so poorly that I expected my doctor this morning to send me directly to Lenox Hill Hospital for tests and evaluation. Well, I got up at 5:30 to no cramps and no sickly feelings. Go figure.

No band rehearsal tonight, so I have an evening to myself. I'll let Annabelle pick a DVD, although there are some of her choices I feel she is too young to watch: Fast, Pussycat, Kill! Kill! would terrify Thatch and possibly amuse Stella.

PT was tiring yesterday.....my therapist added some Tai Chi.....which is interesting and very helpful.

I haven't done that since the cast of HAIR used to do about 15 minutes of it before the house opened at the Phoenix Theatre in 1988!
