There are only about 15 light cues, and around 30 sound cues.

I once ran the sound board for a show that had over 100, count 'em, ONE HUNDRED sound cues!

And the worst part of that one was that the sound board program that the production was using was only the free demo version, and you could only have I think 60 cues max!

SO, I had to have two different versions with the first 60 cues, and then the rest.

[George]

Then, during the show, I had to close the first part, then open up the second part.

FORTUNATELY, I didn't have to restart the computer like it first seemed we needed to do...but we found that we didn't.

I am home from the ballet, which I believe went well. I was pleased with the orchestra, and I think the audience had a good time. I'll leave our DR ChasSmith to fill you in on both the talk and the performance.

And I just got home, two and a half hours later. DR Elmore was at home before my train had pulled into track 20 at Grand Central for departure at 11:04 pm.

In short, it was a wonderful evening and DR Elmore was the toast of the town. I'll submit, for your approval, my repor tomorrow. Time for bed!

The family and a few friends are going to my sister's.

It was an OK Friday here.

I remember my sister sang in the church choir at St Jean’s church on 75th and Lexington Ave. They had a service on the Saturday before Easter where for part of it they sang this call and response where they named, like, every saint in history. Went on for like 2 hours.
