Not that it was especially memorable, but I recall preferring the Radcliffe How To Succeed to the Broderick version (Ferris Bueller Succeeds).

In the clips that I've seen of each, Radcliffe looks like he's having fun playing the role and Broderick doesn't.

I saw Ralph Macchio on the tour. He was excellent.

I am right in the path of The Eclipse and will enjoy it on that day.

I am, too.

These dancers are impossibly young. And toned. I was never that young.

I wasn't sure if you were in it or close enough to drive to it.  Enjoy.

The matinee is going well. I like the cast, and the aging actress Pam is much better than last night's; she's really funny!

She is indeed. I like it when attempted to do the splits and only got partway down. An oldie but goodie.

This second act piece for the corps is lovely.

I had to run out during the latter part of Act 1, and got back in time to start Act 2.

Did they show the intermission piece?

That whole Dreamland sequence is stunning. My jaw was hitting the floor last night when viewing it on the theater sized screen, but it's still wonderful.

I'm listening on my desktop audio monitors, so maybe it's just that I'm in control of setting a satisfying volume, but I could almost think the orchestra is playing even better than last night. As they probably should be doing, being more and more comfortable with the whole thing.

Yes. Nice mentions of Mr. Moore.

Back from the mail place - both important envelopes were there as was the Amazon package, which contained the softcover of Directed by. It looks really nice. I should have the one from the publisher plus the hardcover shortly.

OMG - Doug was the Sibelius arteest (Sibelius being the music notation software, not the composer).

I'd imagined there was some nameless person locked in a closet somewhere, slaving over a hot computer.

My connection faltered during the q&a, thankfully not during the performance.
