Tuesday afternoon greetings!  Richard and I are “all in” for the spring term of Miami University’s Institute for Learning in Retirement, which started yesterday.  For the next 5 weeks he has classes, I have classes, and we have a couple together, a mix of virtual and in-person sessions.

That's exciting, Ginny!  Hope you and Richard enjoy the classes!

I have a comedy that's never been done - it's pretty funny, but, probably a bit racy for your theater.

It's called Next December - I should read it again and see how it holds up, although the woke of today would probably balk at the age difference - too bad.

I just ate a bowl (can) of very tasty chicken & sausage gumbo something or other soup that's probably got a week's worth of sodium in it. But the HELL with that, it was good, and I'm probably just going to follow it with some popcorn later.

My nephews were unable to fix my water heater - so when I get back from my travels I shall phone the professionals.

Water heater vibes for Jrand!  Hope they can get it working soon.

DR Jrand73, Gurney's Love Letters only requires 2 actors and 2 stools.

If it hasn't already been mentioned, what about The Gin Game.  That only has two actors, but it does need to be memorized, I'm sure.

Am horrified by the news that World Central Kitchen workers were killed in Gaza

I just heard about that, too. >:(

Also heard from my brother from Virginia.

He and his wife drive up this morning to visit our Mom, so we're all getting together for dinner tonight

Nice!  Enjoy your time together, Vixmom!

Jane, I think it's a Little Debbie creation. Little white cake with marshmallow frosting between the layers, covered in white chocolate. And chocolate zig-zag stripes.

Everything is set out. I came home to get a bite to eat. I've gotta go back and make the coffee and wait for the people to come.
