I have to run out to pick up that third chain saw that's finally ready to pick up.

We'll now have three (supposedly) working chain saws.  Whee!!!   :)

In other news, I've successfully moved an irritating doctor appointment from tomorrow to June.  I just didn't need that this week.

Let's see, what else have I done?

I successfully fixed the non-syncing of text messages between phone, iPad, and Mac -- without changing a thing. I just selected the Apple ID settings on all three devices, gazing at them lovingly for a minute, and reopened Messages to find that...voila!... they're now in sync. This is something that just happens now and then. I'll find them not syncing, and then they sync. Ridiculous, no?

Three working chain saws should fix a lot of damned irritations, shouldn't they?

Three Working Chain Saws is the 11 o'clock number in my new musical.

The script has some suggestions for the nude scene in Romantic Comedy.

I like GIN GAME but I like to have at least five people in my plays....for the fun of it.....and for the box office.

DR Jrand73, what about Life with Father, Arsenic and Old Lace or I Remember Mama? I'm also crazy about On Borrowed Time.

On Monday night, I got an email saying my taxes were e-filed. Well, it's now Wednesday and I'm still waiting for the IRS and State to confirm receipt of my taxes. I called Taxmaster, who was very lackadaisical about the issue. I've in the past received confirmation the same day. WTF?

DR Laura I am sorry your day was not very good.  You were nice to a man you could easily not have been charitable to after his comments.

DR JRand, reading Barbara Rush’s obituary reminded me FORTY CARATS, a funny play I saw her in at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit.

We woke up yesterday morning to a chilly house. I found that the furnace hadn't cycled itself back on during the night, so I hit the restart button and it came up fine. But I knew that wouldn't be the end of it. And sure enough, it had done it again by late afternoon yesterday, and again in the middle of the night. I just called the place that does the maintenance on it, and they'll be out this afternoon to fix or replace whatever it is that needs fixing or replacing.

Good luck it is an easy fix.

I woke up to a troubling text from my sister, so yesterday's events are trivial.

Sending hugs and good vibes.

A balance class sounds like it could come in handy to avoid falls. That's great that they offer that.
