I have been hunkered down, trying to Get Things Done in a major way. 2023 taxes were especially taxing, for multiple reasons. Not done yet, but we’re getting there. Many, many things on the Overdue To-Do list.

I finished the tuna salad at 4:45, gave the cats their bedtime treat at 5:00, and now I can crash.

DR MichaelG, I just caught up with your Bohème Act II from yesterday. Delightful, and I'm a sucker for that scene anyway. You and the missus must be having the greatest time working in opera.

Thanks! It is tremendous fun. It's a volunteer chorus but a good one.

That scene was one of the most fun things the chorus has done. The director gave us a few landmarks, and from there we got to make up our own stories and not pay much attention to the principals, apart from Musetta.

Some people just don't get it.  There's a local community theeder here that chooses some unknown (and uninteresting) plays. ::)
