Somehow, lollygagging sounds more active than simply lolling about.

Does lollygagging require a lollipop?

If you loll upon someone, are they the loll-ee?

According to dictionary.com: lallygag or lollygag used to mean to kiss or engage in sexual activity.

Thanks for the link to that wonderful video of Maria and Jonathan, DR George! For those who missed it in the last topic:

Merrily We Roll Along Director Maria Friedman with Jonathan Groff

You're welcome, MichaelG!  I'm about 20 minutes in, and I just enjoy listening to Maria Friedman. :)

Yes, George, thanks so much for that link!  And then MichaelG, thanks for the re-link.

I’ll drink to that. And one for Mahler.

Or for people doing dental work, one for Molar!

DR Ron Pulliam, I have a Trump-tootin' cousin I finally blocked because dealing with stupid people is too difficult.

I fully agree.   Barring a catastrophe in November -- which I hope will decimate the GOP -- I plan on lots of "Told you so" moments!

One day my sister and brother are coming over to trim the out of control bush in the front yard and my brother is going to work on my washing machine....

I don't know if that happens today or tomorrow.

I am intrigued by that definition of lollygag which I have never heard before.

Who says the internet isn't educational?  Certainly not true of HHW.

I had five - FIVE - vials of blood drawn and left some urine in a cup - by request.

All of my results seem good except my glucose which for some reason in VERY HIGH.  I fasted.....hmmmm....I did have a cough drop, but I can't imagine that causing so much chaos.

At the Goodwill Store today I looked at the LPs.  Mostly Lawrence Welk and Big Band and Polka music....

There were two LPs on the Vocalian STEREOPHONIC Label - one called Here's Eydie and another called Here's Steve - so you can imagine who recorded them.  I liked the covers....but I ultimately passed on these two bargains.

Vibes for easily handled explanations about the glucose!
