At the Goodwill Store today I looked at the LPs.  Mostly Lawrence Welk and Big Band and Polka music....

There were two LPs on the Vocalian STEREOPHONIC Label - one called Here's Eydie and another called Here's Steve - so you can imagine who recorded them.  I liked the covers....but I ultimately passed on these two bargains.

It would have been quite a coincidence if the cast album for Broadway's likely Tony winner (expected to win for Best Play) STEREOPHONIC had also been on the STEREOPHONIC label.

Last night, I was getting cramps in my legs.  They weren't debilitating, but they would last a few minutes at a time.

I'd move my legs to get a little more comfortable, and then it would start again.

I had five - FIVE - vials of blood drawn and left some urine in a cup - by request.

All of my results seem good except my glucose which for some reason in VERY HIGH.  I fasted.....hmmmm....I did have a cough drop, but I can't imagine that causing so much chaos.

This can sometimes be attributed to dehydration.  Drink plenty of water, George! You might be amazed at how much water you need in your system to avoid dehydration.

DR Ron Pulliam, I have a Trump-tootin' cousin I finally blocked because dealing with stupid people is too difficult.

I fully agree.   Barring a catastrophe in November -- which I hope will decimate the GOP -- I plan on lots of "Told you so" moments!

I do have some "flavor enhancers" that also replace electrolytes, so I can start drinking those.
